So, consider if you want or need immediate remote access to what's going on in the area your spying on or if you only need to "play it back" later.
How long can you record?
Most 1 GB SD cards will capture about 4 hours of solid video footage.
You can get longer memory out of an SD card if you set the camera to record at selected intervals. Instead of recording continuoous video the camera records a "still image" every 5-10 seconds - or how ever long you choose.
Many cameras also can be set to record only if there is movement" in the room.
Either way, these two methods will increase the memory of the SD card by as much as a week.
Special Considerations
Placement - Can be anywhere on the floor - typically the video will capture at about 90 degrees.
Dim light - We've seen many of these advertised that work well at a .05 lux ( dark night with quarter moon)
Video vs audio We've seen these available as video capturing devices - no audio is available.
FPS Look for at least 20 FPS - most models are rated at 24 FPS or higher...
